New Investment Announced in the Hotel Terra Resort in Teton Village 

On November 15, 2012, 18 residential and 2 commercial condominiums in Hotel Terra were acquired by Bison Teton, LLC, a joint venture between RREP Management LLC and Threefold Capital LLC.  These units represent the remaining unsold condominiums in Hotel Terra.  The transaction reflects the venture’s belief in both the strength of Hotel Terra and the long term value within the Jackson Hole real estate market.  Bryan Donohoe, an officer of Bison Teton LLC stated, “We look forward to participating in the continued stabilization of the Jackson Hole real estate market and the maximization of the value of Hotel Terra alongside our fellow condominium owners and the greater Jackson Hole community.”
